Average delivery times for our parcels

  • Once an order has been placed, it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process it. During the week it generally takes us just one business day, but if the order is placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • Once processed, the order will be shipped and delivery takes on average 5 to 7 business days, but, during periods when we handle a higher volume of orders, it may take up to 14 business days.

Note: if you order more than one item, they may be shipped and delivered separately in different parcels.

We do our best to make the purchasing and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Placing an order

The purchasing process on Notorious is as simple as possible. First of all, go to the product page and add the desired item to your cart. To do so, click on the black "Add to cart" button.

At this point, it is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.

On the Information page, you will need to enter the correct shipping details. Make sure that all the information is correct. Once you have filled in the form, click on "Continue to shipping".

On the Shipping page, you will have the opportunity to check the details you entered once again. We would also like to inform you that every shipment is completely free. As a token of gratitude towards our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs.

You can now proceed by clicking on "Proceed to payment".

Payment methods

At the time of payment, you will be able to choose between different methods. On Notorious, all payment methods are SSL encrypted, which means you can always count on a secure payment:

  • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

  • Paypal account

After selecting the desired payment method, click on "Complete order" and you will be redirected to the page of the chosen method. Follow the instructions to complete the order.

Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order worldwide. All our products are delivered directly to your home.

To ensure fair prices on our products, we have decided to collect several parcels together and ship them all at once, once the minimum quantity has been reached. We hope for your understanding and your willingness to help us create a better and more sustainable world.
